Free shipping for all orders in Hong Kong.

Please note almost all Kurvsette pieces are handmade and made to order - please refer to each collection for production timeframe. Generally, please allow 2-3 business days for your in stock product to be made before shipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!

Shipping is free on orders over US$200 and can take 3-7 business days.

If you would like to ship via expedited delivery service to the US at an additional cost, please be sure to check with us to confirm the estimated delivery date before placing your order.

Generally, please allow 2-3 business days for in stock products to be made before shipment.

 

DUTIE AND TAXES

We ship International orders DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid). Once the carrier is in possession of your order, you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Kurvsette is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. 

If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is selected at checkout duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. This will be noted in the checkout process. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

In the event you will be returning your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. We cannot refund any shipping fees on yo

Exchanges and site credit are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging. Please email hello@kurvsette.com for exchange and site credit requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item once the item is received. All Kurvsette pieces are non-refundable.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Custom order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Kurvsette is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping transit.
